Jerry and George went to extensive lengths to take care of an alignment issue we had involving a lifetime service from their sister company Big O in Colorado. We would not find our receipt, so they checked their database in every way they could. When that didn't work, they actually called the store in Colorado and confirmed everything with them. They could have easily bs'd us like the store on Cortez and told us that they did not honor contracts from other states, simply to get us to leave. Instead, they stated without a doubt that they would offer to uphold that service agreement and went to every length to make sure we were taken care of.
Their service and effort in customer care was beyond reproach.
