STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Worst experience ever, they had an USED water cooler delivered to our business, asked them to get a new one, they said it will be more money. We agreed, they took it back and delivered ANOTHER USED cooler. The 3rd attempt was a new one, after 2 weeks. When tasted the water, it had so much chlorine in it, we could not drink it. We asked them to take it back, after which we receive a collection letter from them, saying that they we owe them money, turns out they're charging for the equipment pickup. No previous notification, no invoice, no calls, just a collection letter. THE WORST COMPANY EVER.
